Vitamin C

Our Vitamin C is designed to be extremely efficient as we have used max absorption capsules, vastly improving the bio availability of the vitamin.

The tub provides at least a 1 month supply when taking 4000mg a day, 

However, this would be when training extremely hard and recovery is compromised. During less intense periods, taking 2000mg a day is sufficient, and would see the tub last 2 months.

Our Vitamin C is an extremely cost efficient option for such high quality.
